Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to strict verification and processing procedures. Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately queued for processing and cannot be altered or canceled. Orders received outside of our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST) will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We exclusively use approved, high-reliability carriers to ensure the utmost security and efficiency of your shipment. Each package is shipped with full tracking and delivery confirmation. Any deviation from these pre-approved methods is not permitted.

3. Shipping Time Frames

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is within 3–7 business days from the order confirmation date.

4. Cancellations and Modifications
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. No modifications, cancellations, or delays will be entertained after confirmation. This policy is designed to maintain operational efficiency and uphold our high standard of service.

5. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer only upon confirmed delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Any misdeliveries or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, a strict investigation will be conducted in cooperation with the carrier. Resolution in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Private Victories and will follow our established claims process. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will only be considered after all investigations are complete.

7. Compliance and Enforcement
Private Victories reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion should any part of our shipping policy be violated. Our policies are non-negotiable and are enforced to ensure fairness and the highest standards of operational integrity.
